Gryphon Melanesia

Gryphon Melanesia, is one of the largest mineral tenement holders on mainland Papua New Guinea with c.3,400 km² in one of the most prospective but least explored porphyry copper/gold mobile belts in the world. This mobile belt hosts such major deposits as Grasberg, Porgera, OK Tedi, Frieda River, Wafi- Golpu which average over 40 Moz. gold and over 100 Moz. gold equivalent inclusive of copper in-ground values.

To prioritise Tier 1 hardrock opportunities, the Company plans the use of the most advanced geophysics technology available to fast-track drill ready targetswith GIS defined 3D drilling programme/ logistics ready to go within 12-18 months of airborne survey start. Commencing with ultra-high resolution LIDAR/RGBNIR multi-spectral surveys; the programme will continue with high resolution infillsaeromagnetics/radiometrics and then as appropriate, NRG/Xcite, AM, ZTEM, airborne synthetic 3D IP, drone magnetics/LIDAR &3D DGPR. Periperal assets such as an estimated 1 to 3 Bn m³ of alluvials are planned to be sold or farmed out.
